How do I stop my subscription?

If you'd like to stop your subscription*, send an email to support@peerwell.co requesting the cancellation. Please include the email address that was used to register for your surgery program, as well as your full name and surgery type.

*Note that as of 7/15/2020 PeerWell no longer offers individual subscriptions to users. If you have found PeerWell on your own, please encourage your Care Team to check www.peerwell.co to see if PeerWell is a fit for you.
