How long does the program last?

PeerWell's PreHab program can be started up to 90 days before surgery. However, most people generally start a PreHab program about 4 weeks before their scheduled surgery date. Our ReHab programs last for 90 days after surgery.

When should I stop using PeerWell?

For 90 days after surgery, you'll be delivered new tasks and exercise daily to follow. Above all, you should always follow your care team's direction. If you are at risk for reinjury, or have a complication and your care team recommends stopping PeerWell, follow these instructions.
