PeerWell works in partnership with workers' comp insurers, administrators, and healthcare providers. If this program was prescribed to you, please review the email and/or text message sent to the address your care team has on file. Instructions on how to complete your registration should have been provided.

If PeerWell was not prescribed for you, please request that your case manager, doctor, physical therapist, or another provider visit https://www.peerwell.co/ to see if this program may be right for you.
