A member of my care team said I was going to receive an invite email. I haven't received it yet. What do I do?
If you were supposed to receive an email from PeerWell but didn't, please reach out to your doctor and/or care team and make sure they have your up-to-date contact details. PeerWell sends an email and a text message with instructions on how to complete registration based on the information they provide to us.

In your ticket please include:
- Full name
- Surgery Type
- Surgery Date
- Your surgeon and/or care team that informed you about PeerWell.
