Code to Register

The app is telling me to enter a code, but I can't find the code on the email I received. Am I missing something?

The PeerWell app is tied to your email address and phone number. Make sure you're entering your email address correctly, and you shouldn't be asked for a code. If you enter your email correctly and it still doesn't work, please click Support in the navigation bar and provide the following information in your help ticket:
1. Your full name
2. You surgeon's name
3. Your surgery type
4. Your surgery date

I found PeerWell on my own, how can I get a code?

PeerWell works in partnership with Workers Comp and personal Healthcare Providers. If this program was prescribed for you please review the email and/or text message sent to the address your care team has on file, for instructions on how to complete your registration. 

If PeerWell was not prescribed for you, please request that your Case Manager, Doctor, Physical Therapist, or another provider visit  https://www.peerwell.co/ to see if this program may be right for you.
